I had an amazing massage experience with Raven! From the moment I walked in, she was polite, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. She took her time and never made me feel rushed, which I truly appreciated. Raven really listened to my concerns and focused mainly on my problem areas, giving them the extra attention they needed, and then worked on the remaining areas to ensure a balanced, full-body experience. Her hands were absolutely amazing, the perfect pressure, smooth technique, and very intentional with every movement. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable she is. She even pointed out specific areas for us to focus on during our next session, which shows she genuinely cares about long term results and not just a on time appointment. I left feeling relaxed

I had a facial at H&S. Nora was great with her knowledge of techniques and products!! I liked the shoulder massage as well. Very calm and peaceful environment...enjoyable spa experience!! Highly recommend!!

I chose Hand and Stone Massage as my first massage experience and I am really pleased to have done so. I was told to arrive 10-15 minutes before my appointment to fill out some forms, and my specialist was on time to take me back to the room. Raven was my massage specialist and she was absolutely amazing. I told her it was my first time and she was crystal clear with her instructions and made me feel very comfortable. After the massage, I felt extremely relaxed and free of intense back pain. I will be returning!

A friend has recommended Hand & Stone and today was my first time, great customer service, very chill vibe, and Joshua had the hands of an angel hahaha left feeling so relaxed! I even signed up for the membership! Can't wait for Williamsburg location to open up :)
