Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Christa is the best! I’ve been seeing her regularly for a few years now, and she’s always kind, professional, and consistent. I usually prefer sports massages with firm pressure rather than spa-style treatments, and Christa always delivers the perfect balance. She’s intuitive, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled at what she does. The rest of the staff at this location is also great—always friendly and helpful. My only small frustration is that the front desk team can’t handle certain things without a manager present, and a manager isn’t always available. That said, in my experience, a manager has always followed up within a day or two.

Visited this location for the first time a couple weeks ago for a facial. Molly made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as it was my first dermaplaning experience. She was knowledgeable and took the time to talk about my skin routine to give insight & suggestions when I asked her opinion on products. Highly recommend booking with her, I left feeling rejuvenated and glowing.

Had a really nice experience from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Everyone was friendly, kind, and nurturing. My LMT, Emily Was wonderful as was Frankie at the front desk. This is my second time at this location. I’ve already booked another appointment.

I regularly get monthly skincare treatments, but this was my first time visiting this location. Since my husband was at work, I had to bring my 6-year-old daughter with me. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment, filled out the forms, and waited with my daughter until my scheduled time. A few minutes after my appointment time, a staff member came and told me that they could not provide the treatment because my daughter was with me. I was very surprised to hear this, as no one mentioned such a rule when I first arrived. When I asked why this was not communicated earlier, they said, “we can’t predict that you would come with a child,” which made no sense. The unprofessionalism at this spa is unheard of. I’ve called 3 times in the last 3 weeks to try and get my membership canceled before the payment hits again as I have not gone since August 29th. The manager is never available or present at this specific location and cancellations must go through them. I was told after I called the first time they messaged said manger saying someone (myself) wanted to cancel and then on my follow up phone call they had not even read the message. This is incredibly frustrating and a bad look on them, I wouldn’t reccomend spending your money here.
