Very clean, friendly and professional environment. Every step was explained with great detail. As a result, I look ten years younger. I plan on becoming a regular. Alexis did an exceptional job. I strongly recommend her.

I originally booked this appointment at Hand & Stone in Carle Place as a birthday self-care treat. I had a $70 gift card that covered one massage or facial (normally $140), and I chose the facial. My service was with Ogechi, and while I enjoyed the facial itself, the checkout experience completely ruined it for me. During the facial, Ogechi offered me a $20 add-on mask, which I agreed to. She also said, “I’m going to leave some Hydro jelly face masks for you upfront” because they would help with hydration. At no point did she say they cost extra or ask if I wanted to purchase them — it wasn’t presented as a choice. Stacy is absolutely incredible. She makes sure to go through what issues you are having each time and focuses your appointment so you walk out feeling so much better. She confirms that her pressure is appropriate and you are comfortable the entire time. She has excellent technique and skill. The entire front desk is kind and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

Julian was fantastic! I really needed my massage a lot more than I realized. He was accurate and understood what my muscles needed. I'll be back for more soon!
