Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I had a wonderful anti aging facial with Rachel at Hand and Stone in Camp Hill. During the winter my skin tends to be dry. Rachel did an examination of my skin and she was very knowledgeable about which products to use during the facial. The room was relaxing, the bed was warm and she did an amazing arm/shoulders/neck/head massage. My skin felt incredibly hydrated and smooth. I highly recommend Rachel for anyone looking for a personal experience tailored to your skin needs.

This was the first time I've ever been here. I bought buy one, get one gift cards during Black Friday sale which turned out to be a pretty great deal. My massage was okay, but my facial with Caitlyn was insane! She's obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about skin care. We chatted the whole time about my skin care routine. She was super honest and helpful about what I should and shouldn't be doing for my skin. I've never had someone care so much about my face haha. I'm not high maintenance girly that does nails, hair, facials regularly but I plan to come back regularly to see Caitlyn. Again, I'm not a girly girl so I never thought I'd have that beautiful skin glow. I feel like with her help and guidance, it's very possible. She really cares and knows her stuff. I accidentally booked a massage at another Hand & Stone location. Rachelle helped me resolve the issue. It was wonderful to know that someone would go above and beyond to assist me. I felt that she genuinely cares about all her clients, regardless of whether they are new or regulars. For my first massage at Hand & Stone, I had Stella. Her work was exceptional. She targeted all the areas I needed to focus on. Not only did she have magical hands, but she was also kind, polite, and respectful. A complete package! I signed up for a membership because the experience was so enjoyable.

I recently booked a facial with Caitlyn and, unfortunately, had a very unprofessional experience. ​The facial service itself was good; Caitlyn clearly has technical skill. However, the entire consultation and interaction left me feeling extremely discouraged. I came to a professional because I am not great with knowing what products to use or how to properly care for my skin, and I was looking to learn. ​When I answered her questions about my current products and routine to the best of my ability, she gave me recommendations but also talked down to me about the products I was using and my current skincare habits. Regardless of whether a client is seeking professional guidance or simply getting a facial for enjoyment, no one should be made to feel inferior for their lack of knowledge. I wan

This establishment is always clean and peaceful. The receptionist was very welcoming and professional (not sure of her name). Ally was my masseuse and she was also professional and made sure to work on the problem areas that I addressed to her. A gift card to get services done at Hand & Stone is always a great gift idea for the holidays!
