I had an incredible experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, Alexis greeted me warmly and kindly, offering me the restroom and helping me navigate the hallway! Kevin was very professional and took the time to listen to my specific goals for addressing tension in my shoulders, neck, and back. He really understood what I needed and tailored the session to focus on those areas. Not only did I leave feeling incredibly relaxed, but my problem areas felt significantly better! Alexis was wonderful at checkout, from our engaging conversation to offering me a membership! Unfortunately, I have surgery next week, but when I get the all clear, I’ll definitely be back for more! It’s an amazing team of people that work there! I so appreciated it!

I give you guys 1 stars. Because your do not have no consideration when someone have a flu expecting them to come to your place of business, or be charge 39.95. I had a cold, didn't want to missed my appointment. Next morning when I got up, running fever, so forth. Call you guys couldn't make it. Was charge a fee.

I was scheduled for an appointment Saturday for a back facial at 5 pm. By 5:10 I am still sitting in the waiting room and no one says ANYTHING so I calmly leave as I do not have time to wait past my app time any longer especially with no explanation. It would have been one thing if this was the first time.... my last facial with them I waited 22 minutes PAST my appointment time. They then charge my card 79.95.... for what? them being late and me having to leave due to their tardiness.... now I have to dispute with my credit card and spend MY time dealing with this when they had NO right to charge me when their customer service is the reason I left- I WAS AT MY APPOINTMENT 15 MINUTES EARLY AT THAT. Love this place! I’ve been a member for over a year and have enjoyed every minute of it. Always kept very clean and the membership allows for flexibility when needed.
