Worst experience ever. Went to get a massage and was denied because I have an alcoholic drink with my dinner 2 hours prior. The massage therapist caused a huge scene yelling that I was physically intoxicated because my face was red. Meanwhile I suffer from rosacea so my face is always red. I will never go back there again.

Man!!! I went to the Brooke haven location as a first timer and when I tell you the young lady who worked on me was fantastic! She listened to every request I made and didn’t make me feel bad for asking. I believe her name was Tionna or Tee but she was great! I will 100 percent be back just based on her amazing service!

My appointments get canceled or changed at last minute on three separate occasions. Thought that was the point of making appointments. This last time made my decision to not return after the gift cards are used. Poor service. Poor disregard for others schedules.

I have gone three times in a little over a month. My first experience was fine, nothing out of the ordinary either way, but didn't leave with my pains relieved. The second appointment absolutely was the worst experience I have had while getting a massage. I shared this with the ladies at the front desk and they informed me someone would call me to find out more details, which was fine. I shared the details with the Assistant manager who then told me she would comp me an 80 minute massage with one of her best people. I got my last massage from Ally, and I would rate the massage as a whole an 8/10- would have been higher but the area I asked her to focus on didn't get the treatment I was hoping for, but otherwise it was great. I’ve been coming here for months and every visit has been a great experience. I’ve tried a few different massage therapists and they’ve all been fantastic. Kayla and Emma at the front desk are always warm, welcoming, and provide top-notch customer service. Highly recommend!
