Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

It was a great massage but I would only go back here as a last resort and it comes down to professionalism. Never have I been to a spa and someone is asking me my personal information sitting right next to another customer. My masseuse Unice told me she was about to go home then spoke to me during the entire massage so I never got truly relaxed. Lastly when I refused to sign up for the subscription service I was questioned as to why. So no I dont recommend until they have some more customer service training.

Amazing experience all around!! I’ve never had a massage before and with me being a vet tech it was much needed! From the second I walked in the door the women at the front desk immediately greets you and checks you in then offered refreshments or a warm towel, they helped me go over intake forms and exactly what I wanted done today and were the sweetest girls ever, I was with Carlos who gave such an exceptional experience and massage. I’ve never in my life been so relaxed. Everything was clean it smelled amazing and I can’t wait to return.

Update, since leaving this place due to finding better spa care elsewhere, I cannot in good name give 5 stars.. each appointment I had my skin got worse and worse and worse, every time I was told to try this (a new product, more expensive than the last) being told it will help, it will work.. every day I woke up with new pimples all over my face.. while I can ay staff deserves 5 stars, EVERYONE is polite and courteous and amazing. ♡ But the skin care I received shattered my self esteem with how horrible my skin looked.. wont ever recommended this place for facials.. ever.. luckily I found Camille Spa and she has helped me recover from the absolutely traumatizing and heartbreaking experience I had here..

I had my first facial in years done by Sky, and it was AMAZING! She is truly a great esthetician and takes pride in what she does. I will 1000% be booking another
