She knows what she’s doing, not just like giving a massage or something trivial—it’s a therapeutic massage. She’s really kind. Ciana is gifted! Best facial / message ever. Cynthia at the front desk was very warm and accommodating. Not my first rodeo but I ran to the appt after a frantic day. I am a regular and member at the Bedminster location. I love everyone there especially Amy at the front desk, who is always so kind and knowledgeable about products and services. I booked a same-day facial at Bridgewater because Bedminster was fully booked. Unfortunately something happened with the provider who was unable to make the appointment even though I was already there waiting. Gabriela at the front desk and Schanel were quick to help me and schedule me for an immediate massage with Schanel instead. Schanel was absolutely fabulous and gave me one of the best massages of my life! I can’t wait to go back to see her again soon!
