Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Hello, I wanted to share feedback about my prenatal massage today. I would wanna describe my whole experience here because front desk kindly offered me complimentary massage on January1st. I appreciate that gesture and want to explain why today’s experience was disappointing. I recently purchased a yearly membership and was genuinely looking forward to today’s massage. When I booked, it was clearly marked as a prenatal massage. Prior to the appointment, the front desk called and messaged me to confirm I was coming in and asked me to arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork. I completed the intake form before the session and clearly indicated that I am 31 weeks pregnant. The massage was scheduled to start at 10:00 AM, but I was taken to the room at 10:07 AM. I finally found a spa and masseuse I really love. The membership is so worth it. Great add-on treatments too like an aromatherapy scalp massage - yes please!

I've been getting massages regularly at Hand and Stone, and TY LI has become my favorite massage therapist there. Always a great experience—TY Li knows exactly how to make me feel relaxed and get rid of all my tension. The vibe at the place is super chill, and I always leave feeling refreshed. Highly recommend TY Li if you want a solid massage and a friendly, professional vibe. I'll definitely keep coming back!. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs.. Hand and Stone Southlands is fantastic! The management and front desk are very professional and accommodating. I had an amazing massage from Dixie tonight, it was so incredible, her hands are heaven sent!

My family gave me a gift card. When purchasing they said they would like a gift card for a one hour massage and that I had never been there. They were sold a gift card at $139.95. When I tried to book the appointment, Jessica informed me that gift cards can not be used on the Introductory offer of $99.95. Jessica was very dismissive. I did not book at that point. We called back and talked with Fran who apologized and said my husband was sold the incorrect gift card. Fran said she would honor the $99.95 new customer deal and either let me keep a balance on the card or add another service. Fran said she made notes in the computer.
