I have been a member for a number of years. The change to Hand and Stome added more automation to the service. The estitician and masseuse service are top notch. I tend to rotate masseuse each visit for variety. I use the same estitician each visit but vary the service.

Since I started strength training more regularly, I find that I benefit from regular massage to loosen up some of the tighter areas like my shoulders and back. I’m so glad I found Kelly C at the Milton location. She knows just how to address the tension while also providing a relaxing experience.

Dan who answered the phone today tone was rude and abrasive because I went to the wrong location by mistake. He told me I would have to pay the full service fee even if I don't get the full 50mins I sign up for. The policy isn't the issue it's his rude condescending tone that I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

I've been coming here for years. They've changed their name from LaVida to Hand and Stone. Sasha is phenomenal.
