Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I go for facials every other month at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. Nicole is fantastic! She is incredibly talented and very knowledgeable about products. I have very sensitive skin and she takes extra care to ensure I don’t have any reactions. She also provides a wonderful massage. I highly recommend her.

I have never gotten a massage before but I booked for a 50 minute massage and added on a scalp massage and they booked me with Mydori and she did an amazing job! I felt so comfortable the entire time i was there. Everything was clean and smelled nice, I am not a germaphobe but I really value cleanliness and she washed her hands multiple times without me asking her to which made me feel really comfortable. I also gently noted to them that I have a nut allergy and have had a couple injuries and that I am very migraine prone and they went above and beyond to accommodate without having to remind them. Lovely experience! Sophia was very nice and helpful explaining the process as it was my first facial. Did an amazing job, left with my skin glowing and very relaxed. Would recommend and book again with Sophia.

I like to start off by saying the establishment is very clean and organized and the staff is friendly. However I think most would agree its the service that it is most important at least to me. I also like to mention i had facials by other estheticians and had a great experience. However I had a microbrasion facial done by Lauren at the wolf road location and during the service by my forehead area she removed a significant amount of hair this to me is unacceptable error and extremly upsetting. Customers are going in to relax look and feel better when they come out not to be missing a chunk of hair and feeling terrible. I got done a classic facial with a hydrating upgrade at the Albany location. Megan performed the service and did an excellent job! She answered any questions that I had and even made suggestions for skin care. I left with my face feeling so clean and hydrated, probably the best it has felt in awhile! Definitely recommend this service if you get very dry skin in winter and booking with Megan.
