My experience with this salon was great! The staff are pleasant and professional. Patricia did box braids on me that look amazing! She never took a break even though I suggested she eat her lunch! I would have given 5 stars; however, when it was time to pay I was told the credit card machine was not working. I am finding that this is a trend especially on Sundays, so I had to use the ATM next door which charges a fee. My suggestion would be that the business establish a cash only policy on Sunday’s so clients are aware before appointments. I will absolutely go there in the future! I highly recommend the salon!

I will say the ladies of this salon do excellent hair and ensure not to braid too tight. However, I was very upset on the way they run their buisness! I had a 7:30am appointment and they did not start my hair until 8:45am. In addition to that, somone missed a 5:30am appointment and showed up 3 hrs late but they took her before me. I thought that was very unproffesional of the stylist and they should've asked her to wait until after the people who made their appointments on time.

Went here last Friday to ask about pricing and styling. I planned to get Sengalese twists to the middle of my back. I was quoted a price of $200 and given a flyer for $20 off. I called later and made an "appointment" for a week later (today). I was told I could make the time so I opted for 8am. I say appointment in quotes because I was never asked my name or info. I called yesterday to confirm my own appointment and was assured someone would be there to do my hair. I get there this morning there is one customer and one braider. They were unaware of my "appointment" and I saw her attempt to make calls for someone to come in. She finally got in touch with someone and said they were on their way in. 45 minutes later, no one arrived. Never once did the stylist there, i think she is the owner

My experience here was awesome for being my first time. I showed Ms. Anna the style I wanted and she slayed my hair beyond the picture! They were very professional and clean. I will definitely return again.

I told my stylist 10 braids in that she was braiding too tight. She did adjust her braiding technique for about an hour. However, after the hour was up, she continued to braid extremely tight especially around my edges. I will not go back to be tortured.
