Hand In Health Massage Therapy

This was my first time with Hand in Health. I booked a one-hour session with Sarah for my frozen shoulder. My health insurance doesn’t cover massage therapy, but the cost was well worth it! I felt AMAZING after the session!! I’m pretty sure my posture improved because I noticed I was walking standing straighter up 😂, for real! The support staff were very friendly and the place was very clean! There was water, as well as coffee and tea pods for clients. I will definitely book this place again, and I will recommend it to family and friends.

Phillip was great—he worked out all my knots and really took the time to address my areas of concern. I’m a runner and do yoga, and I was having a particularly sore week; he helped immensely. I only had time for a 30-minute session, but I’ll definitely be booking a full hour next time. The atmosphere was warm, kind, and friendly. Highly recommend.

I have had memberships at other massage companies. The ability to share my massages or save my membership massage for a different month allows me the flexibility I need. Russell is a life (back) saver. He knows where I need him to focus without me saying anything. Hand in Health was recommended to me by a family member, and I am glad I listened. Russell is the best!!

Great massage! Saw David katt This is coming from another massage therapist and let me tell you he knows what hes doing! Definitely loosened my shoulder, it's been a problem area for as long as i can remember, it actually feels so much better! Im coming back to see him!
