I highly recommend going to see Oak. His massage is taylored to your needs and he is very in tune to your body while working. I had a knee surgery in November and had been limping for a year prior to that with the injury. Oak worked on my legs and glutes and found knots I didn't know I had. That was yesterday and today I can't believe the difference in my gate, posture and pain level. I feel years younger and believe it or not, taller. Do yourself a favor and book with Oak. AMAZING. What can I say? Oak is very skilled in massage technique and extremely knowledgeable of the human anatomy. But they are also so attuned to what goes on energy-wise in their client's system. As a new parent, I came to see Oak with a back carrying a full year of tension from baby carrying and pregnancy. Oak worked on my neck and shoulders, but then moved onto other parts of my back and body. They unlocked so many tensioned areas. I felt comfortable and very safe in Oak's hands.
