I had a wax done and had Taylor as my esthetician, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and professional. The front desk staff was kind, the room was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was so comfortable. Taylor went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and attentive throughout the entire service. Her personality is so warm and genuine, and she made what can be an uncomfortable service feel completely comfortable and easy. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I absolutely loved everything about my visit and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing experience. I will definitely be coming back!

I had tried everything to treat my acne and skin concerns until I went in to get a facial with Evelin at the Hand and Stone in Windermere. She was so understanding and fully listened to all of my concerns and even took the extra time to help me come up with a new routine. My skin has never felt better, I feel so much more healthy and my acne has improved so much with consistent results. Evelin has been so kind and follows up with me regularly, she really has made such a huge difference with my skin and more importantly how I feel, it's so reassuring to know she is so invested and excited about my progress. If you're unsure about facials but have been wanting to try it definetly go to her she made the process so simple and enjoyable!

She listened to exactly what I needed and tailored the massage perfectly—great pressure, intuitive technique, and total relaxation. I left feeling noticeably better and more relaxed than when I walked in. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who truly knows what she’s doing and cares about her clients, Kirstina is it. Sylvia, who provided my facial, went above and beyond, and went through all of my notes and talked to my regular massage therapist to make sure she understood all of my needs and all allergies. She was fully prepared and had only the clarity line ready for my facial and removed other products from the room that she knew would bother me! And she provided a relaxing facial experience. And Lisa, my regular massage therapist always goes above and beyond providing an awesome massage that is truly a spirit – mind – body restorative experience.

I recently visited Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa and overall had a good experience. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and located conveniently in the Windermere area. The employees were kind, professional, and welcoming. One thing I noticed is that I didn’t see the staff member I had worked with before, which was a little disappointing, as consistency matters to me. Also, there was quite a bit of persuasive selling of products and additional services during the visit, which felt a bit excessive. That said, their membership pricing is fair and offers good value if you plan to go regularly. With a slightly softer sales approach and more continuity in staff, this location would be even better.
