Had a great experience with Emily!! Had a facial done with her and she was excellent!! Very personalised service, she asked exactly how much pressure felt comfortable and told me every time she put something on my face what it was for. I felt inclined to leave this review after a recent appointment during a very emotionally difficult time in my life. While the services themselves are good, there are some issues that are hard to ignore. During my facial, the towel robe looked very old and worn. It was hard not to notice holes and rips in the sheets and blanket, and the velcro on the robe kept popping open, which made it uncomfortable and distracting. The reason I continue to come back has everything to do with the front desk, management, and the providers. They are truly the heart of this spa. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with warmth and genuine care, and I’m treated like a person rather than just another appointment on the schedule.
