If I could put 0 stars, I would. Initially made an appointment for a couples massage and a facial. I told the women (whom they can’t find now) I was open to a membership upon arriving but I’d like to hear about the options. Long story short, I made the appointment but also stated what would happen just incase I don’t show up due to me working nights. I was assured I wouldn’t be charged for anything, that I could just reschedule. Well they ended up charging me for two cancellations, AND SIGNING ME UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP I NEVER SIGNED FOR (manager confirmed). So now I have paid 3 full months of a membership, that I never knew I had. Manager stated due to their “policy” I’d only be refunded for the membership fees. Still out over $150 for cancellation fees I was assured I wouldn’t be responsib

I have been coming to Hand and Stone Daytona for over 2 years now and everyone there is wonderful! But in my opinion, Chris Brooks is the absolute best LMT! He listens to me when I have problem areas and knows how to make me feel relaxed and relieved. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Chris!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Hand & Stone has some of the most misleading and dishonest membership practices I’ve ever dealt with. When you try to cancel, they tell you it’s just a “small charge” — but in reality, it ends up being another full-priced $90 service that you’re forced to pay for whether you want it or not. And it gets worse. Even after signing their cancellation paperwork, they continue charging your bank account and keep your membership active as if nothing happened. It feels deceptive, predatory, and completely unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding a membership with them and this establishment altogether unless you want to spend your time fighting charges you never agreed to and chasing down a cancellation that should have been simple.

An absolutely fantastic massage from Chris B. When you’re trying to make the most of every month especially the last three, finding someone this good is a gift. Relaxing, professional, and honestly mood-boosting. Five stars from someone who measures happiness in buckeyes.😉
