Had my first massage appt here today (26-Feb-2026) and every aspect of it was wonderful. Elizabeth is the real deal ... kind, caring, gifted and extremely knowledgeable. The facility is gorgeous inside and very calming. She makes her own essential oils and they are fantastic. Looking forward to going back (again, and again, and again). ☺️

Elizabeth is a highly skilled practitioner with many “tools” in her toolbox, from Thai to traditional massage, cupping, warm bamboo and hot stones. Every massage is a custom experience, depending on your needs and preferences. She will also spend time showing you exercises that will help reduce pain and increase flexibility, so the benefits of the massage are maintained and amplified. I highly recommend her!

Elizabeth listens to your concerns and feedback during the entire session and adjusts her treatments accordingly. My first appointment was a unique and pleasant experience and while I anticipate it may take a few to several visits to eliminate my muscle pain, I did notice improved neck range of motion with less discomfort the following morning.

Elizabeth is an awesome practitioner. What she does is different from traditional massage and definitely for good reason. I highly recommend you visit her for any of your massage needs pain or otherwise!
