First and foremost… I’m not sure how anyone could even THINK to give this place less than five stars. The other reviews I’ve seen, specifically that mention people by name as having yelled at them, etc., are definitely NOT this place - there’s another place with a similar name in the area, and I’m pretty sure that’s the one they meant to review. Especially since in all my years of going there, I have never met anyone by *that* name working there. Quantity over quality reflects poor business acumen. Imagine being a loyal customer for over two years and being disrespected by your nail tech. Yesterday, during a routine visit, as I was paying, my nail tech asked whether I was paying with cash or card. When I responded that I was using my card, she asked if I would like to leave the tip on the card. When I asked whether that was a new option, she stated, “I asked my boss just for you because you always forget.” There was much I could have said in response; however, I chose professionalism and was not about to perpetuate any stereotypes. For clarity, I have tipped her consistently since becoming a customer. The few times I did not tip were due to rushing from work or she asked me to arrive earlier than my scheduled appointment. I started seeing May over a year ago as a way to treat myself and words could never describe how happy I am to have started. She is kind, patient, and incredibly talented. My nails always exceed my expectations and I look forward to my appointments. The salon is a very warm and welcoming environment. I highly recommending making an appointment here!!

I’ve been coming here for two years and this is the first time that I’ve had a terrible experience. My gel pedicures and full set always come out great no matter what nail tech I get, but this time I specifically asked for a design and I showed the photo and the nails came out terrible and half of the time the nail tech wasn’t aware that the dryer wasnt on, so my nails weren’t fully dried when she tried to file them. Also, as I’m paying, she’s standing right next to me waiting for her tip after I already told her I will tip her in cash as if I was just going to walk out, highly disappointed in my experience today

If there was a zero star available, that's exactly what Kelly who seems to be the owner of this place would get for the humiliating experience I went through there today. After being in the salon for an hour with another technician who was not qualified and experienced to do an ombre which is what I walked in for and was told I would get, the owner told me she would finish it. When I asked if it can be done in 15 minutes she started yelling at me that she can't do beautiful nails in 15 minutes, as if I knew what the process of finishing up the work that had been started an hour before would take. The situation quickly escalated to her literally yelling at me several times in spite of my attempts to deescalate and calm down the situation. This person takes customer's questions as if they a
