I am unhappy with the male technician who did both my pedicure and powder mani. Specifically, my toes have smeared red polish while not painting the edges. Pedicure is horrible. Powder color used was incorrect but that was the manager nit the tech. I have nicks on my cuticles because the drill was too close to my skin, while also having overlapping powder. In general, the dip powder is too thick. I also when I pointed out that my under nails needed to be cleaned out from the powder, he told me to wash my hands. I will not come back to Halo again.

B did such a great job on my nails. He took extra care to be gentle with my sensitive nails due to a poor experience with different salon. He gave me exactly what I wanted. I work in food service and my nails are holding up strong due to B’s expertise. Will be coming back again!

Let’s start with the fact that yes, we can tell when they speak about us clients in their language, and they seem unhappy with some requests or observations you may have… I’ve been twice to get my nails done here, previous time it all went good but this last time… I went on 03/26 and got a regular pedicure first, she did great, however, she used a nail filer and a brush that it was obvious they’ve been used many times before, I let it passed and just hoped for my toes to be ok. Then for my manicure I got a different technician, I asked for my nails all in different colors (no design just using a different gel on each nail) and I got charged $10 extra for that which I agreed even though I didn’t understand why; the gentleman was very nice but didn’t speak English so it was a little hard to

This place is truly luxurious. I was so surprised at the ambience just walking in. Their staff was professional yet so kind! They treated us like royally. The music & the wall decor & everything- so relaxing & tasteful. And the service they provided was first class. Definitely saving this location for every time I am back in this area. Thank you for your graciousness!

I went here based on a friend's recommendation, and I am SO glad I did! Nancy is a GEM-- she carefully reviewed what I wanted and was so patient to ensure a flawless result. A good nail stylist is hard to find, and a GREAT one is a miracle. Thank you so much for my pretty birthday nails, Nancy!
