I loveeeeee this place so much I’m definitely coming back I gotten Ann to do my nails and she ate down 5 stars for sure come to this place!!! They got good prices too if you don’t come your missing out!!!

I’ve had lots of good experiences here but by far my favorite has been with Lily. She’s so kind and very good at what she does! She helped me get exactly what I wanted and was so patient with me when I wanted something slightly changed or different! Her husband Andy did my pedicure and it was awesome! He was so accommodating since I am 7 months pregnant and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! I highly recommend making an appointment here! Edit to add my new nails as Lily did another amazing job for my maternity shoot nails!! And Valentine’s Day!!

Been going to see An at Halo nails for over 2 years now. She is extremely professional and accommodating. I get polygel, which fits my lifestyle well but isn’t available to many other salons. Love the attention to detail and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend An at both this and the Stow location.

Was able to get in and get my nails done. Was able to transition from acrylic to all natural. My nail beds are oily and thin. For the first time ever I have my own nails without tips or acrylic. I do keep my nails short. I have seen longer nails done amd they are gorgeous. Just not for me. My pedi can be difficult. Loads of work needed to be done. Dawn did an amazing job. Cleaning up and repairing my toes. Ingrown toe nails and pain gone. She spent time to get them perfect. Thank You!

A few weeks ago I booked online for the Kent location. I show up and this sign is on the door. I didn’t have time to go to the Stow location. There was absolutely nothing on the website letting you know this. Extremely frustrating. Fast forward a few weeks to today 11/1 I made another appointment online for a pedicure at 10am with Andy. As I’m driving to the appointment I get a text saying he has his customer at 10am I could have him do it at 12. First why was there even an appointment available for him then?? This makes me think he just had a regular and put them in over me. Now I get to the Kent location at 9:45 the sign is still on the door and it’s now after 10am so clearly they are not done remodeling. I would give zero stars if it wasn’t for the select few that do a really nice job o
