If I could give this place 0 stars I would the manager or owner whoever he is gave me the worst service ever after the nail tech did a horrible job on my nails which is sad because he was very sweet but he did file my actual nails like crazy where I was in pain and missing parts of my Nails now . that you can see on the pictures I posted on yelp since I’m unsure how to post them on here .The manager after I was very nice and asked for a discount because my nails were all crooked. None of them were straight and it was a horrible job. I wish I took a picture before, but the manager offered to fix them and straighten them up, but once he saw that they couldn't be straightened, he offered that he could redo them after he only offered me a 15$ discount and I wasn't happy with that and that's wh

This was my first time coming in and the people there took such good care of me ! I walked in and was immediately helped. I had some concerns about how my nails look without acrylic because I am trying to grow them out. Even though they were very busy I was still informed in a way I could easily understand what would be best for my nails. Everyone is very kind, helpful, and honest. They also gave me a stylist when they wrapped my nails to take the acrylic off. I never write reviews but I am too impressed my the excellent customer service and the quality work.

Walked in on a whim to see if they had time for a walk in dip set. The people were super friendly but when I tell you my nails look like I did them myself at home, I’m serious. Didn’t bother to take the time to unstick the dip from my skin and didn’t dremmel them thinner at the cuticle. They are blocky and messy. Definitely won’t be going back.

I can confirm the manager is really rude. We stopped in to ask about a nail repair (called ahead but their phone lines were down so we had to walk-in). We were coming in from out of town and my mom recommended this place because she is a long-time client. While the lady at the desk was sharing availability for later that day, this manager jumped in the conversation while working with another client. He said he couldn’t look at the nail because his hands were wet - even though nobody asked him to look at it. Then he told us “I’m with a client right now!” even though we never were talking to him. I’ve been a loyal customer of H'Allure Nails & Spa on Buckwalter for about seven years, always returning because of the quality of service. However, my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I missed only my second appointment ever, and instead of understanding the situation, I received a call from who i presume is the manager he l was rude and told me to find another salon, then they hung up on me before I could even explain. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially for a longtime, loyal client. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but a little professionalism and courtesy go a long way. If this is how they treat dedicated customers, I can only imagine how they handle new ones.
