So I just moved to New Jersey and have been looking for a place to buy my hair. My son and I went to the lower half of the store looking for color and hair oil — no problem there. I came back upstairs to look for hair to purchase. A worker asked me, “Did you find what you need?” and I replied, “I’m still looking.” I went over to the wall (when it comes to hair, I’m very indecisive). I just happened to look back and saw the same worker standing there with his arms folded, staring! Unbeknownst to me, he had been standing there the whole time. I told my son, “It’s time to go — we’ve been here too long” (even though we hadn’t). I purchased the color and the oil — which I probably shouldn’t have — and we left. When this store opened, there were 2 people there that were the owners. They were kind, helpful and pleasant. Now, I'm not sure if they are family members or just employees but they are rude, carry on with their own private converstion and ignore you, follow you through the store as if you are going to steal something. I have called them out of how rude and nasty they are to their customers. At this point, I'd rather buy on Amazon or make a trip to the Bronx to buy what I need. I will never spend money there ever again. To the original owners if you see this, please teach your employees and family members to be courteous to your customers and when someone is at the register, give them your attention, not behave like we are trash. Would have rated it zero stars if I could.

I come here from an entirely different county just to buy supplies. They don't always have what I'm looking for, but I'm always satisfied with what they do have. Plus, they're open on Sundays! In my experience, that never happens. The new workers (those who don't have grey hair) are also really helpful. I'm completely pleased.
