Mercedes was the only one working on Saturday which was lucky for me! She gave me what I asked and it went pretty fast. I also liked that she gave me the option of a cut without washing first. I’ve only been to a salon once in my life so idk if that’s what they usually do but I appreciate it. 🤟🏻

So I went in and I asked for no layers and the lady put a bunch of layers in my hair. And I do competitive cheer so now I have to get extensions because of the layers. Then my mom got her hair done with the same lady and told her shoulder length. But the lady cut it over shoulder length so now she looks like an old lady. So we are both mad. I would not go here ever.

Iam usually an easy going person but I went and got my lashes done and my exstenions started falling out the next day. They hurt and were poking my eyes the lashes were hanging down. And they wouldn’t refund me I live 2 1/2 hours away. They just offered to redo them. Why would you redo them if they caused pain and fell out didn’t even last a day. Horrible customer service don’t recommend going there.

Came in today as of 3/18/19 and got a bald high and tight with a number 2 on top. Between them or cost cutters. I highly rec hairtrix by tina! They did an awesome job on my hair cut and i couldnt be more satisfied. Yall will be seeing me again when my hair grows out! Thanks for the awesome haircut! -Shawn
