Absolutely LOVE going here!!! I’ve been going here for 2 years now. The staff is wonderful, they create a very relaxing environment and they are very professional! I highly recommend this salon for anyone with natural hair. They are very knowledgeable about the health of natural hair and have many skilled locticians. I have had my Sisterlocks for 2 yrs and was just beginning to enjoy them. In August my tech had issues with scheduling and asked if I could come on a day I work. I agreed and she then says “You are able to be here at 1?” It ws not said very nice. I hesitated and said yes. I get there at 12:57 and she’s in her car and drives off and returned at 1:10. I was not very happy. I expressed I was unable to miss work for hair appointments. Prior to my next retie I received a text, that she needed to reschedule me and asked for dates I was available. She declined the weekend dates and again asked if I could miss work. Again, I said not in Nov because we are short staffed. She never responded until the week of my original appt, saying she was able to take me in. I waited 2 weeks not knowing if
