Trisha is a miracle worker! Beyond skilled and talented!! I walked in ready to cut off all my hair after a bad dye job. She rescued me with a keratin treatment and added some extensions and I walked about looking the best I have ever looked, hands down. I can’t give her enough ⭐️ stars! The whole team at Hairs Inn is fantastic to work with.

I’ve been a customer of Hair’s Inn for years, but this latest experience has completely changed my view. They charged $137 for a simple shampoo and scrunch — no blow dry, no curling, nothing fancy. I specifically told them just to apply a curl product and scrunch with fingers because my daughter doesn’t like styled curls. Yet they still overcharged us, claiming it’s because of her “long hair.” This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. I’ve let it go before, thinking it was a mistake or just miscommunication, but now it feels like a pattern of taking advantage of loyal customers. Needed a new hair stylist and decided to try this place based on other reviews. I had a phone call first to explain that I wasn't even sure what I wanted so I was hoping for someone to give me ideas based on my face and the fact that I'm super lazy so I need a low maintenance cut. They scheduled me with Kaitlyn. She asked lots of questions and made sure we were on the same page before we got started. Love her! Love the cut! Love the color! Highly recommend this place!!

Susan Marie, the owner, specializes in curls. She cut my hair and restored my natural curl after being ignored for so many months. She also did an excellent job covering the gray in my grandma's hair. She was almost blonde. She was able to style her hair the way she wanted with an antiquated bouffant style most stylists do not know how to do. Will be returning from now on as our regular go to place. Felt totally safe with all of the requirements in place to take my most precious 81 y.o. grandma out of her safe house.

Extremely professional and friendly people. I was able to get an appointment right away and the receptionist called me to confirm the next day also. I love it when the service is timely and professional. My hair stylist was Sasha and she did a great job with my Keratin smoothing treatment. I am going to try their other services also.
