Rose is fabulous!! Did exactly what I asked for and did a phenomenal job working with my hair's texture. Love my new cut and will definitely keep returning!!

Decided to go to Rose twice to get my hair dyed and both times she did terrible! First time she didn't make my hair pink the way I wanted, and all she offered was free toner. Then after a few months I decided to give Rose another chance and told her I wanted to dye my hair lavender. I sent her a picture what I wanted and when I got it done she got my hair as grey! When I wanted a refund all she offered was a toner! I will never go again, and I advise everyone to avoid her.

I'm new to Pendleton, OR and every women knows how hard it can be to find a new hairstylist. It's a thursday, before the West Coast largest Rodeo, and I really wanted a trim, cut, and style. I was prepared with cash in hand and tip. I called 6 places in this small town, NOT 1 answered their phone, or was taking on any "new" clients" I was about to just give up, when Hair Pins came thru my google search, I hesitated, and pushed call. Within 3 rings, the owner answered. Oh thank goodness she did, I asked if I could get squeezed in, and she accommodated. Her shop is small, yet homie. Was immediately greeted with a smile and a hello. At 40 and 25 years in customer service, she got me right then. She finished her other clients and sat me in the chair. We went over a couple pics, and conversated

She did a great job cutting my kids hair. Rose was very knowledgeable about fashion and hair styles. My little girl likes having short hair, and Rose managed to keep it feminine and cute. Also, she has the latest in hair care available. Or she will at least know how to point you in the right direction. Always a favorite of mine and my kids!

Rosie did a fantastic job on my hair! Spiral perm on waist-length hair. And a reasonable and fair price for the time and product! I would recommend Rosie if you want a great perm!
