Francisca is a gem! She is kind, professional and highly skilled. The salon is simple and spotless and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Both appointments and walk ins are accommodated and there is no pretentious attitudes or snobbiness, which is a big plus for me. I have been going to Francisca for years. She used to be walking distance for me, but now it is a pretty good drive. Still, I won't even consider going elsewhere. Francisca remembers what I like, and I don't even have to ask. I don't feel like just another customer, I feel special, like an old friend. I am sure that she makes everyone feel this way.
