i tried texting, calling, and messaging through their website roughly 4 times within the past month and got 0 responses. so i eventually called them and i asked to speak to Candy but she wasn't available, so the guy on the phone had me tell him my name and my number and told me that Candy would call me back tomorrow, but she never did. I didn't wanna wait any longer so i just made the appointment. But then when i got to the appointment, Candy told me she didn't wanna style my hair so she sent me away, even though i had literally gotten time off work to do this. all of this would've been solved if i had just gotten a response back. the only reason i give Hairmasters any stars at all would be because the guy on the phone was really nice. i'm just going to go to another salon and give my mone

Advice... Make an appointment, make it a week ahead of when you need a cut. I got a men's hair cut. Pretty basic, nothing special. My barber/stylist (Chris) listened to what I wanted, and did EXACTLY what I described. He even used a styling technique and explained why he was doing it. I am very happy with my haircut. I will go back again.

Chris has done an amazing job on both my sons’ hair. They both have a totally different hair texture and both come home with the best haircuts. Thank you, Chris!

RJ rocks.. Each time he cuts our hair he has better understanding and hair cut. Straight up professional. Highly recommend him instead of the self imposed Divas... My young dude is rockin becuz of RJ...TY SWEET JOB
