Hair trauma is 100% real. I had a terrible experience about 3 years ago at a different company and haven’t gotten my hair cut since. Today I decided to book an appointment to boost my post partum confidence and boy am I glad I did. I got about 3 inches cut off and I made a big leap and got bangs. Kayla did such an amazing job. I had to bring my baby with me (who cried the first 20 minutes) and she was so compassionate to my situation. She explained everything before she did it and walked me through the entire experience. I now have a new found confidence I didn’t think I would have. Thank you Kayla for being an amazing human I can’t wait to come back for a trim in 4 weeks!

Kayla is an absolute hair genius!! I’ve been going to her for haircuts for a few years in Bellingham and she always gives me incredible cuts. I’m so excited to continue to see her, now at HairMasters in Burlington. Whether it’s a maintenance trim, a transformation (I like to grow my hair out long and have her give me a bob, taking off around 8 inches each time) or a major fix (of a bad impulse haircut I acquired from someone else when she wasn’t available), Kayla knows what to do and, very importantly, just HOW MUCH to cut off, in order to make it perfect. She’s also fantastic at blowouts. Thank you, Kayla!!! I recommend her to everyone!

Kayla was fabulous and listened to everything I said. I’m trying to grow it out so she gave me a lot of tips and suggested products to use. I will see her again.

Ashley at the Burlington HairMasters did an amazing job on my hair. She even massaged my head with a nice oil. Im definitely going back to her for my future haircuts.
