The lady that cut my hair didn't listen to my request. She seemed like she didn't care because she had her AirPods in. She asked me how much I wanted to cut off, I even showed her how much, about 2-3 inches. I wanted my hair long enough that it still passes my breasts but above my belly button. I like it long enough that when I curl my hair or crimp it, it's still long because when styling it, it shortens in length a bit. She ended up cutting double what I asked for, at least 6 inches. My hair is now way too short and above my breasts. And although hair can grow back, it'll still take some time to grow back. I am very upset because a girl's hair is everything to her. There’s a reason this ladies hair salon is failing, always empty and her hairdresser ran off to the hair salon on Summer Street. She is the most vile, rude and nasty hairdresser I’ve ever encountered. Please save yourself the money and absolute disrespect and even do your own hair if you have to because if she does touch it she will ruin it. This is coming from an evening walk in asking if she was open and she glady said yes. You’re a horrid woman whatever your name is.

Horrible experience! I had asked if the owner could dye my hair and it turned out horrible! She washed it and never combed it! And even ripped my hair apart. I asked for blonde highlights and my hair turned neon orange! And hair was falling out! She dyed my roots lighter than everything else and she had a lot of attitude! She wouldn’t even give me my money back after ruining my hair! This is by far the worst salon I’ve even attended in my life! She even said if I wanted my money back that I would have to take her to small Claims court! Highly DO NOT recommend!

I just came back from this salon and got my toes done with acrylic. She had a horrible attitude the moment I walked in and everything she was doing felt incredibly rushed. I didn’t get scrubbed, washed, or massaged and she tried to charge me $70 for the service. The design wasn’t what I had showed her, she seemed to be doing what she wanted and when I attempted to correct her, she was being entirely too rude. The payment wasn’t the problem if she had done a good job btw. Her people skills need work!!

Simply TERRIBLE! I went in asking about lash extensions and the tone she responded my questions was rude and uninterested. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave it a quick look and said “YES, I CAN DO THAT” Turned out she didn’t even bother to look at the picture, because what she gave me was nothing like what I asked for. She just did what she wanted to do, not what I asked for. I even offered to give her the phone so that she could look at the picture for reference but she said she didn’t need that, so I thought, “cool, probably she has done this look a billion times” BUT GOD I WAS WRONG. When I told her that my lashed didn’t look even a little bit like the picture, she said, “Is not going to look like the picture” but I swear they didn’t look even a little bit like the pict
