Stylist made me wait 4 (FOUR) hours before doing my hair. Then cut my hair wrong so I had to come back to get it fixed which still couldn't be fixed since she cut it wrong. I will not be coming here again and be wary of Ebony if you value your time. Edit: I have been harassed by Ebony following this review. She has texted and called me repeatedly over removal of this review, making me feel unsafe as she may have access to other personal information of mine. Please be warned.

I've been coming to Ebony for almost 5 years now due to my old stylist constantly canceling my appointments. Not only has Ebony never canceled on me, but she's always on time, very professional and honest. She won't tell you what you want to hear. She will keep your hair healthy and thriving. She has client for life

I absolutely love going to this salon! The stylists are professional and the salon is impeccably kept! I have been going to the owner, Ebony, for over 10 years and every time she does my hair I am always completely satisfied. Her breath of knowledge and professionalism is refreshing. I walk out feeling like a brand new person; which is why I keep going back. I highly recommend anyone who wants healthy and chic hair whether natural or weave to come to this salon. She has helped me through my natural hair journey and provided me with exceptional sew-ins. You will not be disappointed.

I love my hair and have received many compliments. I’d never used HairSta before but Ashley is a phenomenal assistant and Ebony is an artist. My only regret is making the appointment for a time when I knew I could not be there for 4 hours. If you prefer the latest in hair styles, music and top notch professional courtesy, call Ebony😊

I had an appointment with Bri at 12 noon today. I was kept under the dryer for 1 hour and 45 minutes. My appointment was supposed to be for 2 hours. Why is it ever necessary for a person to be under the dryer for so very long. I am disappointed with the lack of care, my time and consideration. Needless to say I will not be returning to your hair studio. On top of that I'm coming from Northern, Virginia to get my hair done. I am so hot behind this lack of professionalism!
