Hairfolk is the only place I'll get my hair done in Birmingham! All the staff I have interacted with are friendly and inviting right when you walk through the door. I have had my hair cut twice with Whitney Warner, and cut once and colored twice by MacKenzie Dean, and I have never walked away disappointed. MacKenzie is incredibly knowledgeable and talented. I walk in with a couple inspiration photos, and she talks through what I liked about each so we can build my perfect vision. She also asks me questions about how I style and maintain my hair so we can adjust the color and style to something that would better fit my lifestyle. The best! Came here to fix my hair after a botched dye job at another high-end salon in B'ham. I've now been seeing Patricia for over a year and couldn't be happier. I get regular compliments on my color and cut. As if that's not enough, it has the best atmosphere - so happy and positive with lovely people. Couldn't recommend more!
