I went there today for my mom's haircut, the owner of the place is such a sweet lady who cut my mom's hair. Downside is, there is only 1 reserved parking spot in their lot, which I took because it is for the salons customer parking only. I was getting screamed at by another lady who was demanding me to get out of the spot because she told me I can park anywhere else, meanwhile, the other spots in the lot belonged to other stores. I told her that my mother is the one getting the haircut and I am parked here because she's the customer in the salon, she obviously didn't care, so I ended up moving because she was making a scene, screaming at me. I went in for a quick dry to get my hair styled before a special event. Even after showing a reference photo, the stylist gave me a hairstyle that was different from the photo and insisted it was because my hair is hard to style. On top of that, i was charged $40 and I didn’t even get a haircut.
