I’m very disappointed with my visit today. My friend got her eyebrows done by Terry, and the result was extremely poor. The brows were over-threaded, uneven, and completely spoiled. This was not a minor issue — the shaping was significantly affected. When we raised the concern, they offered a refund, which we appreciate. However, instead of properly addressing the issue, Terry argued that she had already asked whether we wanted a square shape. There was no clear explanation beforehand about how the brows would be shaped. After finishing the service, she simply walked inside without handling the concern professionally. We took our 6-year-old granddaughter to this place, made an appointment, waited for about 10 minutes, and got a haircut. Everything looked great. They'll be thankful if you pay in cash.

I had been getting good haircuts (all from the same stylist) with one not so good one & one or two really good ones thrown in there. But the last haircut I received was awful. She didn't follow the lines from her own last cut, which I really liked and I asked for! It wasn't blended in & was not shaped properly. I no longer trust them.

Love this place. I have fine hair, and have to be careful about framing, and so far, they have gotten it right every time.

I love this place ..I got a wash..and .it was good I'll be back...place is very busy ..price is amazing...stylist was very good
