Cristy is a miracle worker! Believe every great thing you read about her, she is THE best. She fixed a terrible haircut I got a couple weeks ago at one of those chain salons (never again) and for the first time in my life, I would describe my own hair as being beautiful. Thank you millions, Cristy! I will absolutely be back and highly recommend you to anyone who will listen!

The shop is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and they stay right on schedule with appointments. It’s clear they value both their craft and their clients' time. Highly recommended."

My daughter got a hair cute done. No wash. The hair was not done as asked. I showed her a picture of what she wanted. My daughter is very shy. And does not want to hurt anyone’s feelings when it comes to things. She was very unhappy with the cut. I called back immediately asking what we can do to fix it. They said if I came back I would get a refund. Walking in the stylist Christi was extremely defensive. Saying the haircut was perfect and what she wanted. Was giving me zero options to help the situation. Mid conversation she walked out on me. I will never recommend this place. It’s too bad. The gentleman in there did great cuts on the boys. And we’re agreeing with me saying she was on the wrong after she stormed out. $70 for “it’s layered, that’s what you wanted”

Cristy Lozano did an absolutely amazing job on my hairstyle that I wanted. I was worried about how much I knew about what hairstyle I wanted and she still did an excellent job and getting exactly what I wanted. Thank you Cristy!! Your the Best!!
