I came to haircut techs on a Friday after my sometimes salon's new girl( only use this salon when my regular family friend who does hair for a living is too booked because she also owns a daycare is too busy)refused my hair appointment (I only want highlights btw)because she was " scared" because of her lack in experience with my hair, these people say they could do my hair but asked for me to come back in 2 hours which I did! But after I came back they said "oh, I am sorry we are booked" when 2 hours ago they said they weren't! Too bad! I usually spend $200 or more for my hair and usually buy $50 worth of products before leaving! These people needs to stop judging based on appearances for all they know I am actually well off and just having a bad hair day!!

Amber is AMAZING!! Hair extensions went in super nicely, very lightweight, I will always use Amber. I am in love with my new mermaid hair!! 😍🧜🏼‍♀️

Julie is the best! She works quickly and does a fabulous cut, color and style. This is a clean facility with several great stylists. Prices here are very good, too.

It says Walk Ins Welcome, so I went in, no one acknowledged me, I sat in there for about 30 minutes waiting, and not one person even asked if I needed help. I have no idea how some non-chain salons work so I was willing to be patient. A lady walked in, walked up to a hairdresser and asked if she had any openings in the next 2 days. The woman told her she had one at x time tomorrow. This made me realize, there is NO room for walk ins and someone COULD have asked if I had an appt at the VERY least. I wasted so much time sitting there waiting when I could have gone elsewhere. Just ONE acknowledgement would have been nice and could have saved me some time! Several employees walked in and out and didn't ask if I was waiting for help. Worst customer service ever awards goes to this place. I

Wonderful service and hair technicians! They keep up with the current styles and techniques. I totally trust their advice on styles and products to try or use.
