The owner was attentive and make sure I got the advertised promotion (I just had a screenshot of his store's flyer). Since I'm unfamiliar with many of the terms, he clarified and allowed time to make the correct choice. There were not only hair/wig options but haircare products and accessories as well.
If I could give this ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! The owner steals sales from the employees and then brags about it in front of customers (aka me) he made the cashier cry in front of me and then when I said something he cussed at me and told me it was employee business then ran up to me like he was going to hit me. This place is super unprofessional and I would never spend money here. Beware!!!!! The worst Beauty supply store I’ve ever been to.
I just can't get over the store never having what I need as a braider. And to pay $12 for this shine and jam and it comes half empty is ridiculous.
Ehh. I wasn’t impressed. They have a lot of wigs if that’s what you are into.
I love to shop here, the environment is always positive and the employees are helpful. They have a variety of hair colors, wigs, and styles, and ALWAYS the best and latest accessories
