I had such an amazing experience at HairBae while at my blowout appointment. Michelle was incredibly patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. My hair was super tangled when I came in, and instead of making me feel embarrassed, she handled it with so much care and professionalism. She took her time detangling gently and explaining what she was doing to keep my hair healthy. My blowout turned out absolutely beautiful! Super smooth, shiny, and full of life. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their hair. I’m so grateful I found her and will definitely be coming back!

I went in for a haircut and toner, and the stylist applied the toner then sat on his phone, leaving it on much longer than any stylist I’ve ever had before. When I left the salon and saw my hair in the sunlight, it was purple and blue. I paid $300 for this, which is ridiculous given the result. I called to have it fixed, but they told me I would have to go back to the same stylist who caused the issue. When I asked for a different stylist, I was told I would have to pay, since only my original stylist’s redo would be ‘complimentary.’ I had also purchased a gloss treatment, which they did after the toner. When I asked if they would redo the gloss after re-toning, they said no—I’d have to pay again. I waited to post this review to see if it would be an easy fix, but it wasn’t. I eventually

HairBae was able to accommodate my last minute appointment! And as soon as I came in took good care of me. Michelle is the BEST <3 so happy with my blow out. 10/10. Hair looks and feels like silk. Exactly what I wanted. Can’t wait to come back!!! ♥️🤗

Absolutely love hair bae beauty ! Everyone there is great. Rafi did my hair color and cut, he did amazing. Very clear on what was best for me and my hair type, super helpful when deciding what you want. Got exactly what I wanted. 10/10 recommend.
