Yoanna is amazing!! I was so nervous to get my hair done after previously being left unhappy with a different stylist. Yoanna instantly made me feel so comfortable and took the time to really listen and understand i was looking for! My hair was definitely a mess when i came in and she did a wonderful job making my hair look so much brighter, blonder and healthier!! Ioana’s skills with extensions, attention to every detail, eye for perfect placement, and professionalism, go above and beyond what I have ever experienced elsewhere. She is absolutely wonderful. The time spent with her for this process was worth every second and every penny. This was the second time Ioana installed my ktips (same set) and I was nervous to have them removed for the first time, but my natural hair and the extensions were left in perfect condition. She had the patience of a saint while removing almost 200 grams of ktips, after 4 months of wear and I could have gone even a bit longer before moving them up thanks to her perfect installation.
