Absolutely amazing!!!!! This is the first time in such a long time I got such a good haircut where the stylist actually listened to what I wanted, I got a bunch of raccoon stripes and they all came out BEAUTIFUL!!! I was in desperate need for a haircut. I didn’t want to go to another chain salon since they never do what I want. I searched google for something nearby. I found this place which had great reviews. I called for an appointment and got in the next afternoon. The owner (sorry forget her name) cut my hair. I am finally happy and will be going back.

This place is fantastic. The women that run this shop are experts at what they do. They make you feel comfortable as a new comer, and their work is second to none. Stephanie turned my jet black hair into this amazing ash ombré. I highly recommend them!

I LOVE Hair 411 ! I have been going to Lily for years and she always makes me feel confident and comfortable with whatever I choose to do to my hair ! I bring my girls to her as well ! I’ve had color , cut , style , extensions, etc! China is equally as skilled as an artist and has done the best makeup I’ve ever had done ! Hair 411 is truly a 5 star experience!

Lilly is truly talented and knows exactly what she is doing! Salon is clean and comfortable. Ladies are sweet and friendly. No complaints here, and my hair came out exactly how I wanted. Loving my new look! Highly recommend!
