I came in to get real hair for my friend's sow-in. The lady behind the counter promised us it was real hair. We were going to go to another beauty store. She said, "No no real hair no worry it's real hair". End of the story we find out it's not real human hair. No refund policy no exchange policy! for incompetent service is beyond. I feel as if I was hustled... never again!

I was looking for a beauty supply store for a long time that was black owned and I finally found it. I went in looking for a wig and was excited for the huge selection they have and not for a crazy high price either. The staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend going here to support a black owned business you will not be disappointed. They have everything you need.

I had a hair emergency last night and needed a shop that was close by and open. I checked Google for their store hours but called to make sure. A kind voice answered and said, "We close at nine." That was news to my ears! The shop is clean, organized, and the employee was very helpful when asked for assistance with finding what I needed. I'll be sure to use them if I'm ever in the area again!
