worst place ever. I called and asked for Henna Hair powder. The owner told me he had it in every color. When I asked what color he said every color. I spelled it for him and he said yes, we have it. I drove 30 minutes to come, and they don’t have it at all. I tried to explain to him what it is so he could have the knowledge because as a beauty supply owner it would be nice if he knows what it is. He told me I didn’t know what I was looking for and he’s been in business for 15 years. I use Henna all the time and we have lots in the Charlotte area. This store is in the same plaza as Food Lion grocery store. I walked in with my Food Lion bag to find real braiding hair. They didn’t have the hair I was looking for, so I walked out. The man waited until I got to my car, chased me down, and started going through my bag and yelling at me! I understand security, but if this is store policy, he should have approached me while I was in the store, not embarrassed me by shouting at me from across the parking lot, going through MY belongings, and treating me like a criminal. I will not be returning.

Bad customer service. This is the second time I've come to this store during business hours when the door has been locked. The first time he said he had to go pay bills.the second time I was there 5 minutes before closing due to catching every possible red light and the cashier would not even acknowledge me standing at the door to get one item even when a customer told him I was there. They have a decent selection of product but this will be the last time I visit this store. Treat your customers a little better because they are who keep you in business.

I asked staff to assist with wig selection and even showed how short my hair was. They gave me a wig with combs and refuse to exchange it. If I picked it myself that would have been different but when you explain and show your hair length this should have been considered in selection and nothing was said to me about the return of wig policy.

The people who own this store are crooks, con artists, and thieves. They need to go back to the country they came from. I called to ask a question about whether they sold a certain type of hair extension and the man who answered was VERY rude to me. I went into the store anyways, which is my fault, and found some products to purchase, the man tried to over charge me and when I finally got him to put in the correct prices, I left. When I got home I saw how horrible the quality of the hair extensions was, so I took them back. The same man from the store yelled and cussed at and threatened me. I left the store in tears. I will NEVER come back here. The whole store smelled like a toilet and there were roaches crawling through the aisles. Also, the bathroom was disgusting! It looked like it had
