I had such a great experience at hair zone, Hanifa at this location made me feel special and i was helped in anyway way possible and she made sure i was comfortable and okay during my shopping visit. Would’ve given 5 stars but took off three for the interaction I just had. Great selection of products but employees are a bit too comfortable with strangers. I’m standing in line simply waiting and scrolling on my phone and one of the cashiers basically yells “we gon get to you sweetie we see you don’t worry.” I’m like ??? I’m literally just standing here lol didn’t make a sound or face, I didn’t mind the wait. Then she compliments my hair, I say thank you and go back to looking at my phone. Then she says “it’s so pretty but based on how the curls look I don’t think it’s real. Sorryyy” lmao what???? 😭😭 lady do I know you?
