My mother in law and my mother spent close to $150 in the store today only to be rushed, talked to rudely, and treated as if they were going to steal. I hope this business fails. Insinuating anything about a group of people based on skin color is racist and foul. I hope this business fails unless they find new management and better attitudes

I made a purchase at this location, a wig with human hair, the display and the picture on the package did not look like the product in the package. I took the product back for a return or exchange and was told that I had to speak to the manufacturer of the product. I would advise anyone especially women of color to proceed with caution when making a purchase from this store. There is a real problem when you have a store run by immigrants that don’t use the products that they sell. As a consumer when I purchase a product and it is not to my satisfaction I expect to either be fully refunded or exchanged with no hassle. Please pay attention to the makeup of these stores speak up when you feel wronged and decide the impact that you want your dollar to have. We need more black owned hair stores

prices were very good and so much variety. It is a store that has a lot of cosmetics, human, synthetic wigs, extensions, makeup and hair product. goes from 300.00 to 20.00 the wigs prices. Pretty good

This hair store is unprofessional. I came in to exchange a product, mindju when I brought it the lady never told me it can’t be exchanged. It was a sign that said no returns or exchange without recite , then they have these little ( • ) underneath that say what can or can’t be exchanged. She told me out her mouth that she’s “ tired of keep telling customers the policy on what can or can’t be exchanged because they tell her “ they already know “ . IAM NOT EVERY CUSTOMER & I did not know that product couldn’t be exchanged. THE PRODUCT WAS NOT OPENED . I literally came back within 3 hours. Her and her sister argued with me for at least 20 minutes. They will never get another dime of my money.

I was out looking for a wig for a costume and this place has a nice selection of natural color hair wigs in a range of prices. The staff were all very nice and happy to help! Store was clean and bright. Also tons of different wefted and loose hair for braiding. I have been to lots of beauty supply stores in the area when I need costume bits and this one is one of my favs.
