This place is AMAZING! My 29 year old brother with autism has been here twice and both ladies were super patient, kind and interactive with him. I forgot the first lady’s name when we went on sept 15, but today Mai cut his hair and trimmed his beard and she was so compassionate and he looks GREAT!! Definitely coming back in a month for his next trim

Been there twice, failed miserably both times, I wanted to be fair and give them a second chance, but twice they failed, both times I asked for a flat top, first time Tracy had to fix it and it was still not a very good flat top, second time I had a picture so they can go off of, didn't bother to make sure that all hair was even at the top and didn't shave the neck clean either. I've seen where Tracy has had to step in to correct the hair cut of other customers. If I wanted my hair messed up I'll cut it myself at least I have no one to blame but myself. They are friendly and very welcoming, can't take that away but some of them have to work on their skills.

There are good females who work here but the man that works here needs to be FIRED. My sister asked for a specific bob hairstyle with one side longer than the other and he left her with a really short bob with both sides the exact same length. Then he started shaving the back of her head. That’s when my sister told him to just stop she didn’t want it any shorter. She walked out of there CRYING!! And he didn’t even say sorry !! If you guys don’t fire him your company is horrible. Never coming here again🤬🤬

Tracy has been taking care of my hair and waxing for a long time. She is the only one who touches my hair. I love her work

Went I for a cut. The lady cutting my hair didn't speak English and had no license and left unsupervised. Found out she wasn't qualified after I complained. Left unhappy. Becareful they don't follow compliance.
