They run out of everything all the time and take forever to restock again and they close so early.need better service.so sad this place is in my own neighborhood that i grew up in and i have to go to other locations now for simple things that should be available there.

I gave one star and that's being generous. The place was freezing and the owner had no clue to what hair product I wanted. He just pointed me down an asile and he's very disgusting and rude. He spat on the floor. Their selection is very limited and severely over priced. I will not be returning there.

A little too expensive for my taste. I literally only go there because it's a half a block from my job. Price-wise, you're better off going to Mia's Beauty Supply on in Albany Ave. They have a great selection of products and color and a mediocre selection of synthetic hair

Now it’s a new owner, they are much better than the previous owner. Customer service is good they are very friendly, and welcoming.

It’s always cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The owner never has information on any hair, plus he always acts like he doesn’t understand what your saying and he’s very disrespectful. This was definitely a waste of my time going into here.
