They have a great variety of products, but customer service has changed. I also bought something that was not what it was supposed to be. I've purchased Janet Afro Kinky bulk twice before, and it wasn't that soft, 3C, tangling stuff they sold me last time

The store has a wide selection of many items. However, the staff don't give you time to think about what you want to purchase. They follow you around the store as if everyone is a criminal. I understand being attentive or helpful, but once it's expressed, I'm just looking, The customer is saying back off. Overall, the prices for certain hair care items are reasonable, and for individual weave packs, bundles, or wigs, the prices are a bit overpriced. Due to the wide selection of items they carry, I would consider returning to this establishment.

This is one of the only hair stores ever where I can say that the employees are friendly and don't treat you like you're stealing. That means a lot to me. I love this place. I always come here first for affordable quality hair and just about everything beauty related. I reccomend this place highly. The owners are nice and so are the staff, especially the man who works in the wig section.
