I was debating on whether or not to leave this review but I feel it's important to bring this issue to the owner's attention and warn other potential customers in case it has happened before and they didn't address it. I'll begin by stating it is important and good general business practice to make sure any potential customer feels welcome and treated with respect! Wednesday I entered the noticeably empty business there were two women working one medium brown skin woman with a wig in a ponytail that sat in the small area by the entrance where if you have bags she takes them while you shop, she was using a silver laptop looked at me yet did not speak nor did the cashier a darker skin woman wearing a black shoulder length wig. I'm being descriptive so that if the owner sees this he or she w

The young man in the store was very helpful on what is the best product compare to price and suggested me to buy more than I assumed I needed. And he was right. I used every pack of hair I bought that day. I love the color of my kinky twist.

Store notes that it closes at 7, but as I walked towards the entrance, the sales associate change the sign to close at 6:40 PM. This is horrible customer service, if the store closes earlier than the displayed time, that should be noted

Workers are helpful and there’s a lot to choose from but when trying on a wig to see what it looks like, you can only try the display even if it’s yellow orange and blue while you want to get a brown one with the same style. You only know what the one you’re actually buying looks like on you after you buy it. Inconvenient

The workers are helpful. They are not as big as other beauty supply stores but they do have a good, varied amount of wig options and hair care items.
