I have been going to this salon for 10 years, I love how Rachel cuts my hair! The staff is always welcoming and nice.

Had my haircut by Rachael today and it was a wonderful experience! Rachael was easy to talk to with a great personality and the cut I received was just like the example I showed her. All together a positive experience and I will schedule my next cut with her again.

Bad hair cut part 3: still very unhappy with haircut that Mikey gave me. I no longer can wear my favorite hat with this haircut. Many people have asked me “what I have done to my hair” (not in a good way). I now have to style my hair daily, rather than twice a week as I normally would. Wanted to wear an updo to a wedding that now will be impossible to do! I’m sure in time it will grow out, but I went through this before . . . not easy! Bad haircut part 2: Returned to the salon to try to get this hair situation fixed. Rachael was very helpful but in the end really did not help. As she said, she couldn’t put back hair that wasn’t there and I would just have to let it grow in. (Three years worth of growth!) If I would ever go back to this salon (highly unlikely) I certainly would request her!
